The villa has a large open plan family room with Cable TV, DVD and free Internet Broadband Facilities.  There is also an Air Conditioned games room with a full size, slate bed pool table, a foosball table and an illuminated darts board.  The large  kitchen is equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, sink disposal and a large fridge/freezer with icemaker. There are full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer and all rooms are fully heated/air-conditioned for year round comfort.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, filter coffee machine, kettle, bagel toaster, blender and sink waste disposal. Tableware, glassware and silverware for upto 16 people plus plastic tableware and glasses for use on the pool deck.
 
In addition the villa has 2 master suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Both suites have large en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower, large bath and twin hand basins.

There are a further 3 bedrooms, one with a full size double bed and 2 with twin beds.  A rollaway bed (Z bed) and a crib/cot with bedding is also available.  With cable televisions and DVD's in all but one bedroom and board games and pool toys available for the children we can be sure that everyone will have a fantastic time here and at the end of your busy days at the attractions sit back and enjoy the fantastic sunsets that this property is so fortunate to view.

Additional facilities include ground floor toilet, fully equipped utility room with US style washer and drier. All towels and linens are provided.
The private screened pool (with optional heating available) overlooks a beautiful natural lake, well stocked with fish and a magnet for Floridian Wildlife and Birds to flock to.  The Large Pool Deck has plenty of comfortable cushioned sun loungers and chairs to relax in, a gas grill (BBQ) and outdoor lighting. The extended covered lanai, with ceiling fan, is the perfect place for al-fresco dining or simply as a retreat from the Florida sunshine.
